Every company needs a well.
Kaivo means 'well' in Finnish. We built one for your data.

You have the tools. AI can analyze anything. Dashboards can show everything. But none of it works if the data underneath is wrong.
Your numbers are scattered across twenty different systems. Your team spends Monday morning figuring out if last week's report is actually from last week. Someone builds a dashboard, and the first question in the meeting is 'are these numbers right?'
Until now, fixing this required a data engineering team. Most companies don't have one — and shouldn't need one.
Now imagine the opposite. Every system connected. Every number current. Anyone in your company can ask a question and get an answer — no analyst translating, no engineer building a pipeline. Just reliable data, ready to use. That's what AI makes possible — but only if the data is right.
A well doesn't create water. It gives you access to what's already there — clean, reliable, whenever you need it. That's what Kaivo does for your data.
"Every company we worked with had the same gap — the tools were there, but the data wasn't ready. Hiring a data team isn't realistic for most companies. Kaivo gives them the same foundation without the headcount."
— Antti, co-founder of Kaivo
"What's changed is who can use data. It used to be: you have a question, you wait for an analyst to build a report. Now AI lets anyone get answers in seconds. But that only works if the data underneath is clean, complete, and current. That's the problem we obsess over."
— Eero, co-founder of Kaivo
"Kaivo means 'well' — one source everyone draws from. Your dashboards, your AI tools, your team. Same well, same water. Clean, connected, and under your control."
— Lauri, co-founder of Kaivo
Founders
Kaivo was founded in Helsinki by Antti Korpi, Eero Vehmanen, and Lauri Raivio. They spent years watching companies struggle with the same problem — great tools, unreliable data. They built Kaivo to fix the foundation.
