Sub-processors of Customer Data

This page lists the sub-processors that may process Customer Data on behalf of QuickBI Oy (Kaivo).

When we provide the Kaivo platform, you (our customer) are the data controller of the Customer Data you load into and process through the service, and QuickBI Oy acts as your data processor. The sub-processors below may process that Customer Data under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of our Terms of Service. This list is incorporated into that DPA by reference.

These sub-processors process Customer Data only. For the third-party providers that process personal data for which QuickBI Oy is itself the controller, such as account, billing, marketing, website-visitor and product-usage data, see our Service providers page, which is governed by our Privacy Policy rather than the DPA.

Changes to this list

We will notify all registered users of any new or replacement sub-processor of Customer Data before it begins processing. You may object to a new sub-processor within 30 days of notice, as set out in section 12.9 of our Terms of Service.
